What do you hate to do the most at the gym but that produces the best results for you?
Scrolling through any social media you can always find some dudes that are complaining about “leg day” or “cardio” or that the juice bar didn’t cut the crusts off the PBJ sandwich before putting it into the smoothie. [We joke]
But, seriously, what do you hate to do the most but gives you the results you love the most. This can be anything. Tangible or not.
