After a really stupid ass fucked up day at the hospital this morning; doing my Cardio Rehab, Stress Test as well as meeting with the Cardiac Dietician ((she is a real work of art, wait to you read that part of my next post)) I had a birthday surprise in the mailbox when I got home!
Inside the mailbox was a special birthday envelope from my sister. Whoohoo!
Of course I ran back up stairs because there is no way to get into one of those damn envelopes without a pair of scissors.
I found two envelopes, one wrapped box and what looked like a thumbless mitten for a new born. Okay okay I know you are excited and sitting on the edge of your seat so I will tell ya what I found.
In the thumbless mitten was a beautiful silver bracelet that my sister picked up for me when she was in Mexico, one of her many trips, and kept forgetting to send it to me. I love it. She remembered that I mentioned once that I was trying to find a silver link bracelet. ((again shows me that she listens which you may remember I find makes this way way way more special))
Further more, in the card, which she made ((she is very handy with the arts and crafts bit)) and I might say she rocks at it…it is a fun 3D card.
Inside, a Starbucks card because she knows how I loves me my Starbucks. Loaded up my Starbucks app lickety-spit! ((I love how they took the time to make the card in my app match the design on the physical card I have))
Then that left the wrapped box and this is where it really rocks!
After my recent disasturious dental experience where I cracked my back molar by grinding my teeth, she bought me a Grind Guard. I couldn”t stop laughing! How fucking cute was that!?
Anyway, The Big Bang Theory is on right now and so I gotta go…
