  1. It is so dry here in Calgary that my nose won’t stop bleeding and my skin is all flakey and white
  2. I gave into my craving for KD and it tasted so damn good ((sorry again Moby))

——————————-

  1. Last night when my mobile phone needed to be charged, I plugged it in and it went haywire; now it is completely dead and not working. Have to borrow my sister’s old phone while I wait a week to get the replacement phone and the box to send mine in for repairs.
  2. My laptop is overheating all the time and shutting down
  3. There is snow on the ground
  4. I did not win the lottery so I have to bear with the snow instead of defecting and moving somewhere warm

DID YOU KNOW????

95% of the items that we review, we pay for ourselves. Regardless, sometimes things don't go the way we plan them to go and when that happens we clean up the items really good and then put them up for sale in our shop at a deep discount for you to grab for yourself.

If you don't see anything there and would like to support us directly feel free to make a donation. We would love it! Another way to support us would be to visit and shop at our friends below.

I had a laptop that did that, two things with it, the battery was about to crap out, and thankfully it was still under warranty, as the power supply was about to crap out too, and they had to replace the motherboard to fix that. Hope the warranty is still in effect.

That’s freaky that there is snow in the west today, it’s 32 in Toronto, and you need to chew the air before you breathe it. Wanna trade?

$27M on Saturday, where you gonna run away to? I’d be happy to win $100K, I’d do naked handstands for a win of that much 🙂 (Insert funny comments here)

Is there a little black cloud following you around today? Remembering what you said about turnip, maybe you need a gas attack to clear out the little black cloud …

It just seems that adage about “when it rains it pours” always seems to come true for me.

I have a temp phone, my sis gave me her old one, but it is clunky and clumsy. It is a flip phone but I feel like I am using one of those HUGE Motorola phones from 1982 that was bigger than a BRICK!

I have to wait until next week, when I am in Toronto for about 12 hours, to drop it off at Eaton Centre. Ironically it is the closest repair centre for anyone living WEST of Toronto.

Well I have had enough of the computer for today; been at it since 0830 this AM (MST) and I think it is now time to kick back with some beer (wish I had some Guinness) and watch movies.

OH and speaking of movies, I seem to be in a Ben Stiller mood lately. Watched “A Night at the Museum” again last night, after watching “Dodgeball” ((I forgot how funny that movie was)) and then I had to go on a search for “Zoolander”.

ah, a man after my own heart… Guinness… YUM!

I remember those brick phones… and the huge text pagers too… you should have seen us on Bay Street in those days… the guys in my department had to be constantly in touch, so we had two pagers (one Canada, one U.S.), a cell phone, and a two-way trunked radio for disaster recovery. We looked like a bad star trek convention (chuckle)

You have to come all the way here to get a phone fixed? yikes! Time to switch carriers?

The only problem with switching carriers is that I have a plan that is wicked for me – and no other carrier offers a plan like this one. My bill is about $85/month; but if I switched to another carrier I would be dinged SO bad with Long Distance charges!
