HELP SUPPORT TURNIPSTYLE BY VISITING & SHOPPING AT...
So I just got back from the grocery store and after lunch I will start preparing the food that I am going to be taking on my trip this weekend.
So it looks like breakfast stuff is going to be; lemon yogurt; mandarin pieces, oatmeal, granola bars, hard boiled eggs and Carnation Instant Breakfast. ((I love CIB – kick start my metabolism in the morning – as I have no appetite when I wake up))
As for the lunch and supper stuff….well that will be made from any of the following items I will be packing; spinach wraps, brie, marinated pepper steak strips, ((in the fridge marinating right now)), roasted red peppers, sautéed onions, asiago/artichoke dip, old cheddar, alfalfa sprouts and crackers of course.
I just went to grab a glass of milk and apparently last night while I was asleep I drank 2L of milk! Wish I had left myself a note so I would have picked it up at the grocery store! Now I have to get dressed, again, and head back out! ARGH! ((I tend to get up in the middle of the night to take a leak and I usually crave milk, so I chug a pint apparently last night I really was craving milk))
I noticed today that I am going to be working with one of my favourite peeps! She is the one I mentioned before that I made my curry chicken for. This time she is bringing chicken – can’t wait! YUM YUM!
