So there is this letter up all over the apartment building from the building management that has me wondering what kind of fucked up idiots not only live here but are part of management.
Basically, the letter makes mention that people have been washing down their balconies.
Oh really? How funny is that? Um did we just not have our balconies, jack hammered, sand blasted, repoured and painted? Is there not dust everywhere? Um yah about that - that fucking dust is every where.
The letter goes on to state that the water dripping from balconies onto the balconies below is running the personal effects of those residents.
Um ok so explain this to me....PLEASE.
How is it that rain, and fuck have we had a LOT of rain here this summer, not ruining their "personal effects" but the water dripping from potted plants, washing down your balcony and air conditioners is?
What kind of fucktard writes this shit?
On another note, I got a haircut today - so that is the picture of what I looked like fresh from being shorn.

For the mangagement to post a notice...some dipstick in your building had to complain that their stuff was getting ruined by the water. Your management company should have included in the conctrat, the cleaning of the balconies.
And I like the new drawn picture of you too. Where did you get that done?

I agree that clean up should have been included. It took me forever to clean out the tracks for the balcony sliding door and windows of all the sand that was used in sand blasting and the concrete dust.

@ Lewis -- I too had that happen with the bitch from downstairs...she is a really angry cunt and does not have any people skills whatsoever.....
So I invited her onto my balcony to see that it was not ME that was causing the drippage -
Oh hey bitch did you notice I dont have any plants on my balcony? Oh and did you notice NO air conditioner either?
UM ya what was that? An apology?
Nope I didn't get one and she left in a huff.....
To which I said to her to not ever knock on my door again or I would look into harassment charges.
