Windy Day
Today' weather really took the wind out of my sails. Ironically, we had winds today that gusted to around 65km/h and my head does not do so well with weather like that - so I spent the day in bed with a migraine.
Had a long list of stuff I wanted and needed to get done today.
Although I did get a text and an email that lifted my spirits. Thanks! » 01
Tomorrow is another day.

Hey man, you should be using a nasal douching/flushing system...seriously. The NeilMed one at our Walgreen's (and other drug stores) is awesome, easy and works great...use it daily.
PS.....forgot to say......that WE FLY BOYS need to watch after our sinuses and ears and all of that.
