We've Been Told

No Space Left This morning the head of the union representing the TTC informed all of the GTA to prepare for strike action.

Toronto commuters should brace for a TTC strike that will snarl Monday morning's commute, the leader of the transit agency's largest union warned yesterday... [globeandmail.com]

Now the Premier of Ontario has been quoted1 as saying that he is confident that management and the union will be able to hammer out the details over the weekend.

Yet at the same time the provincial government is preparing to consider the TTC an essential service. That is if it the city takes action and starts the procedures to have the service declared as essential within the next 3 years.2

Luckily for me I am leaving town tomorrow to go back out flying and I won't be back until Tuesday afternoon.

So all you whiny bitches3 better get your shit in order, grow up and be running when I get back!4

I can not help but think back to the ATC trying to bully Reagan!  Look who got the last laugh there!
