Tic Versus Dance

Wiggle ItI went out to run errands and when I got out of the subway I was walking behind this dude1 and as he was walking I could not tell if he had a condition that caused his muscles to twitch or if he was dancing to his music.2

Nonetheless it was kind of neat to see his butt wiggle! ;-) Wish my butt looked that good - would probably be wiggling it too!
