the wierdest migraine ever

I got hit by the worst migraine, I have ever had, today.

No warning signs, which I always get, all of a sudden like a switch had been turned on it hit me.

Excruciating pain, started vomiting and had to curl up in the bath tub in the dark.

I wanted to die.

I tried to call work, because I work tomorrow at 0700 Mountain, to tell them that it was not looking like I was going to make my flight today to make it there.

I could not figure out how to dial the phone, I could not even make out the buttons on the phone. Even when I tried to concentrate on the "mental map" of the phone I could not dial properly.

I did manage to send an email.1 I had to type with my eyes closed.

Then about 2 hours later this storm hit; thunder, lightning, fierce wind and hail.  BOOM my migraine was gone.

So now here is the shitty part.

I have to sit on reserve2 for the duration of my pairing. 

I so should have waited until the last minute to see what was happening.

Maybe it got zapped out of you! Like an electrocution or something. Too bad on that sitting reserve thing....so, you're in the middle of a trip, call in sick online, and have to sit in a hotel on reserve?? Is that how it works? weird.

@ Lewis - I got to sit reserve in Toronto instead of having to sit reserve in Calgary - have been assigned a 3 day and 1 day of reserve at the end of it.....

sorry about the migraine, good know the storm knocked it out of you.
I will get migraine when a storm is coming...but not bad ones like you had
