UrbanGuyTO Polarfleece Longjohns
turnipHed has been asking about what you’re wearing under your longjohns this winter and it got me thinking about just how many guys even wear longjohns these days.
Do guys still wear them as a matter of course when the weather turns cold?
First, let me say, I don’t wear anything under my longjohns. Longjohns ARE underwear and you don’t need underwear for your underwear. But I am just one guy.
Loading …As a good Canadian boy, I grew up knowing once September hit » 01 guys started to drop their balls into longjohns if they were going to be outdoors very long in the cold.
So I keep a few pair of longjohns around and am often hopping into them when I have to spend any time out in the cold.
As much as I enjoy being nude, I have to admit wearing longjohns in the cold feels pretty good.
I have a few different styles and fabric longjohns. But by far I think the most comfortable and warm ones I have are the Polar-therm. Pair the Polar-therm longjohns up with some lightweight windproof and waterproof nylon pants and you got the best combination of gear you can imagine for cold weather outtings.
Traditional waffle-weave, lightweight mosture wicking cottons and even warm and durable silk blends are all pretty common now offering guys a wide range of options for thier cold weather activities.
If you’re going outdoors and like to keep your package warm, you ought to be sporting longjohns guy.

What I wanna know is if you need to wear long johns to protect yourself from the elements would one wear a jockstrap under when the proper support would be required due to the activities one was about to engage in?
I have always found just wearing long johns is like going commando’ish and my balls are still hanging down and getting in the way or I am straining and worried about doing damage.
