I am never one to be shy about wearing underwear with flair but it has to stay functional and practical or I am not interested.
I had looked at the Cover Male Brazilian Bikini for a while now and been intrigued. Fully aware that I do not have the body of the models and they would not look exactly the same on me…but I wanted them anyway.
So today was the third time I had worn them. First time I had worn them just around home to see how they felt and giving myself the option to easily ditch them if I found them too uncomfortable.
They passed day 1 with flying colours…threw them in the wash, hung them to dry.
Second time I wore them I put them on when I just had a couple of appointments and would only be in them for a couple of hours but as you know; going out and doing stuff you move around differently than you do when you are at home and mostly just relaxing.
Today was the 3rd time I wore them and I was out pretty much all day and still have them on while I am relaxing around the house, writing this and making supper.
So basically this is a hybrid between a bikini and a thong. The cut is really high on the legs which shows off more which will make anyone feel sexy.
It gives you minimal coverage if you are the kind of dude that wants your butt covered up just a bit more than, um well just having it all out there.
Just want to touch on the fabric construction and then we are going to get into sizing.
The solid pieces are constructed with 83% Polyester, 17% Spandex.
The sheer pieces are constructed with 92% Polymide and 8% Spandex.
Solid colours available are: white, black, red, navy, royal blue, turquoise, orange, yellow, pink and lime.
The sheer is only currently available in white. No idea if there are plans to expand that offering to other colours.
Further more, and I have not tried this yet, but you know I will, Cover Male says that you can wear this as swimwear as well as underwear. WOOHOOO
So let us talk about sizing as this is always the hardest part to figure out when you are purchasing underwear, never mind online or a new line or cut that you may be unfamiliar with.
I found the pouch on these more snug than I would ideally like to slip my junk into. So I am looking at ordering myself another pair and grabbing a size larger.
So I would strongly suggest grabbing a size up from what you normally wear if you are going based on the majority of what you have in your underwear drawer.
However, if you have an EXACT measurement of the ACTUAL inches around your waist; use this sizing chart below.
I have it on GOOD authority that UrbanGuyTO will be covering how to find your PROPER size, in the upcoming Part 2: Real Men Wear [and buy] Real Underwear.
