Looks Like Rain Today

Well today is my first full day off after a grueling week of red-eyes. Even though I was in yesterday at 0630 and had the whole day to myself, I was pretty much a write-off from the fatigue and battling the urge to go to sleep. I am trying to get back on a regular sleep schedule, you know when you sleep at night and are awake during the day.

It is perfectly hot and muggy for me today, however; there is no sun. The sky is cloudy and grey. Weather man is calling for rain today. If it stays this warm I sure won't care if it rains. I love walking in the rain and it still being warm out. One of the reasons I love Hawaii layovers. I discovered this «phenomenon» of warm rain when I was in Africa and have been addicted to it since!

But as I was sitting at my laptop drinking my Venti Americano I noticed a funny headline on my Google homepage that made me laugh. Mind you it is a perfect idea for those that don't like it when it rains. Great idea for all those Vancouverites who bitch and complain about all the rain in winter. Hey bitches you don't have to shovel rain so quit your whining!

Coffee is gone. Think it is time for another one, a newspaper and the balcony!
