Good to Be Back
PHEW! I am back! I just really wish I had kept notes on what has been going on while I have been offline so that I could share them with you.
I do have a couple things to touch on so will do my best right now to catch ya up on them....
Firstly the TTC Strike was over by late Sunday afternoon. The government intervened and legislated the «lazy fuck tards» back to work.
I will say that I am so relieved that this «drama» is over; however I do have to say if you want to read a really good editorial on the whole thing please visit Scoundrel In Wonderland.
Being that I know Scoundrel pretty good I might get more out of this than you might but it is still worth a look-see.
I went for a haircut the other night, the turnipHed was looking more like bushyHed, and of course because I was just in the mood for a simple relaxing haircut,1 drama ensued.
There I am sitting with half the 'fro buzzed off of my head and a fight starts outside of the barber shop.
There is a dude putting up posters on the light post2 and all of a sudden this crazy old homeless guy3 starts to beat on the dude that was putting up the posters.
Homeless Guy throws Poster Dude's stuff all over the street, starts to kick PD4 and it got out right ugly.
The barber shop I go to is run by those of the Asian Persuasion and they are all freaking out - all these pole thin peeps screaming «omigo[d] omigo[d]» - they are urging me to go out and stop it!
Hello! I am here for a haircut - I am not a bouncer any more!
But then it gets really ugly and they are throwing each other into traffic.5
OK so then I got up and had enough - I run out of the shop6 and break up the fight as PD is trying to pile drive HG7 into the ground.
I pull them apart8 and break it up.
I tell the PD to walk away and pick up his stuff and pull HG away and tell him to walk away.
Now I find out why HG is upset. He thinks that PD is putting posters on the mailbox.
Well it is easy to see from PD's posters strewn across the road, blowing in the wind and being run over by cars,9 that the posters he is putting up are not on the mailbox!
I tell HG to walk away, «head east» I say to him, but he keeps arguing with me.
Fuck YOU! Don't argue with me because you will NOT win!
Luckily there is a police car in the intersection, with all the yelling the driving officer looks out her window at me. I motion for her to come over while the HG, he is swinging and screaming at me.
The Police show up, pull away the HG, I don't have to say a thing to them, I go back into the barber shop and finish getting my haircut.
That my peepHeds10 is the most exciting haircut I have ever had in my life.
On to something else - this is kind of interesting and it is a bit awkward to write about11 but something did happen with «The Guy» I told you about a while ago.12
I have no idea if he reads my blog or not but he does know about it.
I made a casual comment13 and a comment was made back that insinuated that I had expectations.
I am not going to comment further on this14 other than to say I never have expectations.
Desires maybe - okay yes I have desires - but I keep those in-check.
I will say this too - I think when it comes to meeting someone that you hang out with well basically you are just hanging out.
Down the road if you are still hanging out and it feels just as good or even better than before, then maybe that might be a good time to talk about things figure things out and take it from there15....I don't know just the way I see it.
I think it is better a fool to be by asking a stupid question to seek clarification than to make a decision based on assumption.
turnipHed Foot Notes...
- plus I had a killer headache to boot↩
- I was in the Village so there are lots of event posters that get put up↩
- I assume he his homeless; there was a report of a woman that was making a 6 figure salary that would pretend to be a bum on Toronto streets on the weekends and was pulling in huge amounts of money↩
- Poster Dude↩
- and I gotta say skinny homeless dude had some power↩
- still with the cape on and stuff↩
- Homeless Guy↩
- not so nicely because I have lost my patience↩
- and this is a busy road↩
- you my readers are now affectionately called my peepHeds↩
- because I have not talked to that person about it↩
- Even though I told you about him later than when 'it' started↩
- and I am currently under the impression that this comment was misinterpreted↩
- as I need to talk to him first - clarification is key↩
- I can't help but to think about Moby and TFA here↩

Holy crap - I have never had that many footnotes in a post before!
Does that, perhaps, make up for my lost time on the net? (or «air» as bearpupuk would put it)

Lord knows my love life is in the toilet so I'm probably not the best to give advice. That said, anyone who would freak out over a random comment is probably not ready for an LTR.
I have learned the hard way, some guys just don't like being discussed in an open forum like a blog. it wouldn't bother me but everyone is different. TFA knows I blog about him and has grown accustomed to it however, I have very explicit instructions on what NOT to share.
Welcome back btw.
