Gay man to be deported after failing to sway board
Toronto -- A gay Nicaraguan man faces imminent deportation to his home country after Citizenship and Immigration Canada ruled yesterday that he will not face persecution because of his sexual orientation.
Alvaro Orozco, 21, says he fled Nicaragua, where sodomy laws are in place, at the age of 12 because his father beat him for being gay. He hitchhiked to the U.S. and eventually made it to Canada two years ago.
He applied for asylum, but the Immigration and Refugee Board member who heard his case didn't believe he was gay because he wasn't sexually active during his teen years.
Mr. Orozco's lawyer, El-Farouk Khaki, says he will continue to fight the decision.
OK so who's cock does he have to suck to prove that he is gay? WTF?
