This video wraps up my complete argument raising the question as to; why a person needs a license to operate a motor vehicle but does not require a license to procreate…
In the humble opinion of the turnipHed if that were the case, there would be 2 licenses revoked in this case…bring back the chastity belt, or like Edina Monsoon said, “let’s just tax the stupid people….”
