Went to Big Momma's Boy for brunch today...and it was bad, bad, BAD! Probably what did make it worse was that we were planning on going there since Friday night and were looking forward to it.

Firstly, my breakfast was cold, eggs were not cooked how I requested¹, the toast that came was not toasted at all, it was completely white, I think it was just a couple peices of dry bread. My pancakes were tough like shoe leather. No amount of syrup could «loosen» them up.

My friend had to send his whole breakfast back because it was not cooked properly at all either.²

Now here was the kicker. They ran out of potatoes! Who runs out of potatoes? What were they going to do for their dinner menu? Potatoes were still on the dinner menu...

What the kitchen decided to do was slop cole-slaw on the plate. Ya that is yummy with breakfast. Just want I want my eggs and pancakes swimming in; cole-slaw juice!

They did try to make it up to us by giving us each a free lime margarita. Too bad neither of us are tequila drinkers.

The rest of the day was pretty good though. Weather was GORGEOUS so we did a lot of walking around. Well until our bodies gave out on us and we had to cab³ it back. I was so tired I started to get giddy - not a pretty site.
